Copyright to all photographic material delivered by Blink ApS, is owned by the photographer.
All photos are protected under Danish and International copyright laws, and may not be copied, printed, sold or altered in any way, without written permission from Blink ApS or the photographer in person.
Usage rights, clearly outlining what/when/where-terms, for all photographic material delivered by Blink ApS, are negotiated and agreed upon before the production starts. All use of the material outside of agreed terms, will be  considered as violation of copyright law, and invoiced accordingly and/or prosecuted.
Client’s usage rights commences immediately after payment of Blink ApS invoice. These above rules also apply on modelfees, for models hired through Blink ApS.
